Our return policy is simple. Returns can be done within 3 days from the day you receive the dress.
After 3 days there are no refunds or exchanges.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all S&H(Shipping & Handling) charges incurred for returning any products.
For exchanges and refunds, simply email us and we will send you a RAN # (Return Authorization Notice)
and the address to ship back your package.
You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning. Make sure to specify
on the invoice the reason for return and if you are looking for an exchange or refund.
If you choose to have your items exchanged, please note the exact item you are looking for.
Please be advised that after you receive your exchange you cannot return it any longer.
Our Return Center will process your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
You can expect a replacement or refund within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
*Restocking/Discarding Fees -
All items are inspected for quality assurance before packaging and rechecked prior to shipping at our facility.
This procedure generates a 99% faultless product.
Therefore any item that is returned for a refund, replacement or refuses the order when shipped,
will be charged a 40% restocking/housing discard fee.
For exchanges there will be a 20% restocking fee.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN WHICH IS USED OR DAMAGED.
NO REFUNDS ARE MADE ON S&H.
